Rates

US$190 - $220 per night, inclusive of all taxes.

The prices are based on up to 6 persons sharing. Discounts are available for stay of a week or more.

After confirmation a deposit of 20% is required on booking and the balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

Minimum booking is for three days. Check in time is from 2 p.m. Check out time 11 a.m.

Payment may be made via Bank transfer. Bank details will be supplied when booking is received.

Strictly no animals are allowed in the property or gardens. The Villa’s furniture and fittings must be left in good condition. Any damages and breakages must be paid for prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy

40 days cancellation forfeits – 20% of full payment
20 days cancellation forfeits – 40% of full payment
10 days cancellation forfeits – 60% of full payment
48 hours cancellation – no refund
